Ruff Ruff! My name is Kimbo
|Breed:||American Bulldog Mix||Color:||White||Age:||Adult|
|Size:||Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)||Sex:||Male|
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Age: 3 years old
Health: Up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, de-wormed, micro chipped.
Kimbo was abandoned by his owner which was actually a blessing for him because they were not taking care of him. He was being kept outside tied up 24/7 and never taken to a vet. It did not break his spirit because he is just about the happiest dog you will ever meet. He never stops giving kisses and loves to cuddle and fall asleep in your lap. He is getting lots of attention from the kennel staff where he is being boarded and by volunteers that go to visit him. And everyone that meets him, loves him. Kimbo is just about the most handsome boy you will ever meet. He has the most gorgeous eyes and when he looks at you, it is hard to not fall in love with this guy. Kimbo would love to have a family to call his own. He must be in a home with no other pets. Please give this sweet boy a chance to win you over and you will not be disappointed. Please call or email Kathy Graham for more information about this sweet boy, email@example.com, or call cell phone 310-592-0744. Adoption application and home check required along with an adoption fee.

Animal Allies of Texas is a 501(c)(3) animal advocacy/rescue organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. Our goal is to build a no-kill shelter on enough land to house not only "adoptable" animals, but "treatable" ones as well - those who need medical care or behavior modification to become adoptable. While working toward this goal, we will also engage in community service and humane education projects to help bring about "humanity championed by thought."
We hold adoption events at one or more locations every week end. Please check the calendar on our web site www.animalalliesoftexas.org for specific locations and times.
All potential adopters must submit an application, either online via our web site www.animalalliesoftexas.org or a paper application at an adoption event. General requirements for adoption: You must live in the DFW/Ft. Worth/North Texas area - we do not adopt outside this area. Dogs must be primarily inside, and cats must be totally inside. Cats must not be declawed. All pets must be spayed/neutered if this has not been done prior to adoption. Adopter must agree to a home visit prior to adoption. Adopter MUST agree to return pet to AAT if he/she can no longer keep the pet or if AAT deems it to be in the best interest of the pet. An adoption agreement detailing these and other requirements must be signed to finalize adoption. Current fees are: dogs-$175, cats-$110. This covers all vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping.
Animal Allies of Texas serves all cities and towns within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex (North Texas area). We restrict adoptions to these areas so that we can do home visits to ensure the best placement for all our animals.
