Lincoln's Story...
Meet Lincoln... He is a 2 year old Pit-bull that was found emaciated and cold near Grant Park. A good Samaritan took him in and contacted PITC for help. This sweet loving boy is very outgoing, smart and loves to play. He gets along with cats and other dogs. He currently is living with his fabulous foster and a small dog and cat. He is fully vetted. neutered, microchipped and is currently being treated for heartworms. This boy is ready to find his forever family where he can receive the endless amount of love he deserves. Wouldn't this big hunk be a great addition to your family??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lincoln, a Dallas American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Dallas, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
