Molly's Story...
Molly was surrendered to a high kill shelter. We cannot imagine why she was given up, since she is a sweet, friendly girl! She was rescued and is living with a foster family now. She takes daily walks with the teenage boys. She apparently got very little leash training as a puppy so she needs an experienced adopter who can work with her on leash training. She is a sensitive, intelligent girl. She is eager to please and will be highly trainable.

Molly is very neat and tidy and refuses to relieve herself even in her outdoor kennel! She will make a great companion and family member!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Carlisle Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Carlisle, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Carlisle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carlisle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carlisle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carlisle paves the way for another one to be saved.
