Valentine's Story...
This handsome guy is Valentine, he was found wandering the streets of Columbia by one of our grooming clients. His home could not be found, so we took him in. He is very sweet and affectionate, gets along well with femle dogs and non alpha males, he likes to take walks. We believe he is part red pit and part shar-pei, he has that great red nose that everyone loves. He weighs about 55 pounds, a large dog but not huge.He is fully vetted, neutered and on monthly HW prevention. Our showings are by appointment, call 931-698-0303 or email woofwoo324@gmail.com to schedule one to meet this great guy. Adoption fee of $ 25 is required, which goes toward saving another dog in need

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Valentine, a Columbia American Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei for sale in Columbia, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei dog from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
