MILO's Story...
Himmies, as fanciers call them, are perfect indoor cat companions. They are gentle, calm, and sweet-tempered, but they possess a playful side as well. Like the Siamese, Himalayan s love to play fetch, and a scrap of crumpled paper or a kitty toy will entertain them for hours. Himalayan s are devoted and dependent upon their humans for companionship and protection. They crave affection and love to be petted and groomed.

Pet is looking for: The coziest bed under the moon and stars. Milo loves to take long afternoon naps as well as being the wonderful cat companion he is by nature. He is very friendly and playful and can’t wait to share your days and nights. …. And dinner??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MILO, a North Kingstown Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in North Kingstown, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in North Kingstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Kingstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Kingstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Kingstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
