My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Tasha. I am a 5-6 month old, female, short haired, kitten. I was rescued from OC Shelter on February 1st before I was euthanized due to over population. I am so happy to be at The PRC. I get tons of love here from the staff and volunteers. I am a very affectionate girl and would be a great lap cat. I can also play very well with toys and new friends. I am a young girl with a lot of kitten left in me and would love to spend my youth in a new home. I am spayed, chipped, trained and ready! Please come visit with me and see if I am your girl!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to 949-768-5759 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
