A well-wisher who loves Jack will provide two free training sessions for Jack after he is adopted into his new home, to help him adjust to his new surroundings. The trainer will travel to your home to work with Jack. This is a great opportunity to start your life with Jack as a well-trained dog!
Jack is a friendly and outgoing fellow of about 2 years. He has some training and listens well. Just test him and see. Jack enjoys going on walks, but he is just as content cuddling next to the people in his life. Jack is a pleasant dog despite his early experience with people. When he was a pup, he was dropped out of a car. Fortunately, some good Samaritans found him. Now, one of his biggest rewards is meeting new people.
Jack can be protective of his food and toys. This has been managed well in his current home. He is fond of some dogs and will need to check his compatibility with any new housemates. Jack is a sensational dog with a winning personality. He wants a home that can bring out his great potential. Right now, he is waiting for the next phase of his life to begin with you.

Rescue Group Info...
Canine Rescue of Central PA, Inc. is a nonprofit 501c(3), all-volunteer organization dedicated to providing assistance to any dog in a helpless situation. While a young organization, we have made tremendous progress in establishing another valuable resource for our furry friends. It is our mission to get involved in as many situations as possible to provide sanctuary, shelter, and homes to as many dogs as we can. We also are very focused on creating strategic partnerships with other rescues and similar organizations in an attempt to share resources as well as expand public awareness of the overwhelming problem of homeless animals.
We welcome all inquiries, so feel free to contact us via mail, phone, or email. Our dogs are housed in a kennel a few miles south of Dillsburg, PA. We participate in many local adoption fundraisers and events.
Our adoption process encompasses several steps in an attempt to ensure the best possible placement of an animal with the most appropriate home. In addition to an application and time spent with the dog of interest, a home visit with the candidate is also a step in the adoption. We do charge an adoption fee as well as require the execution of an adoption agreement.
