Tinkerbell-COURTESY POST's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, declawed, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Tinkerbell is being given up by her owner who is moving March 31st, 2013. No one wants Tinkerbell to end up living in a cage. She is 10-years old, which is still young for a cat (they can live until 20); is spayed, and front declawed. She is sweet, loves to be held, but is also independent. This diva needs to be the only pet.
We received the following message about Tinkerbell:
Hi my name is Denise, my children have moved out and am force to move in an apartment, I have a calico cat that is 10 years old and her name is Tinkerbell. she is to happy to put down, but loves to be held. She has only one problem, takes a half of a pepcid daily to prevent acid reflux. When taking this, she's fine. She has been spayed and declawed, she needs to be the only animal in the house. She is a loving lap cat that likes a lot of attention. It breaks my heart to give her up I have had here since she was 6 weeks old. my number is 440-305-1883.
UPDATE: She says she's now moving in with her mother who is allergic to cats. Bottom line, this poor cat needs a home. Please contact Denise at the number above if you'd like more information, could adopt, or foster.

Rescue Group Info...
Olmsted Falls Cat Rescue came to be because the city of Olmsted Falls, OH offers NO ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES and DOESN'T HAVE A RESCUE. We set up our web site to spread awareness, educate, and most of all, be a forum to post pictures and videos of the cats and kittens desperately needing homes. WE are 1 1/2 people. We are not an "official" rescue and hope someday soon Olmsted Falls will start providing its residents animal control services. Until then, here we are.
* We will courtesy post for people who want to relinquish their pets. However, the cats must be altered and up to date on shots. We will not take cats in who have lived indoors in a home and place them in our kennel. The kennel only has one cage, we don't have adequate help, so house cats regress in that setting. We pick up homeless cats.
Please contact Brandi Lynn Borgia at adoptions@olmstedfallscatrescue.com or telephone (440) 840 - 2900 to make arrangements to meet one of our cats or kittens. Our cats and kittens are spread around in various foster homes.
Our cats are $40 and our kittens are $50. All of our cats & kittens are spayed, neutered, vaccinated, wormed, and treated with preventative flea/tick/parasite medication prior to adoption. Adoption donations are non-refundable.
