Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MAGGIE
3 1/2 Year Old Female Ruddy Abyssinian
COURTESY POST
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the placement of this cat. We take no responsibility for the cat's health and medical records. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter/foster to discuss this.
Beautiful Maggie was born August, 2009. Typical of the Abyssinian breed she loves to be involved in everything you do, whether following you around the house, helping on the computer, cooking with you or making the bed. She loves to jump and perch at the top of every piece of furniture in her home. She will jump to the sink and wait until her mom turns on the faucet so she can have a leisurely drink of cool water. Maggie is very vocal and playful and her current favorite toys are a lazer pointer and any flying toy so she can jump. Seems to be a theme here! During the day, Maggie loves to follow the sunny spots in her home. But the other side of this adorable girl is her love for her mom. Her mom is her best friend and she wants to be a main priority in her moms life. Maggie greets her mom at the door when she gets home and likes to be held, kissed and have her neck rubbed and scratched. At night, Maggie loves to take naps on the couch with her mom and she will purr, lick and knead the blanket with her claws and even drool a bit.
Her owner is rehoming Maggie because she feels that Maggie would like to be with one person who is hers alone. Now that Maggie's mom has a special person in her life and is looking forward to marriage and children, she knows that Maggie will not be happy. The best home for Maggie would be indoors with a middle age to older single woman who has a quiet life style and home and wants a kitty who will become very attached to her. Maggie would not do well with children or other animals.
Maggie will come to you healthy, spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccinations and kitty checkups. She is located in Concord.
If you would like more information on Maggie, please contact Karen at 707-301-6425 or by email at k.pahler@comcast.net. Please note that Maggie is not in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home but residing with her owner who is placing her. Adoption fee applies.
