When beautiful Ebony came to stay with us, we thought it would just be temporary. Her owner said he was having housing difficulties in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, but after a month passed by and our phone calls were not returned, Ebony became ours, and we are happy to have this lovely lady. Ebony is a 6 1/2 year old black lab and they don't make em' any sweeter than her! She is so well behaved and perfectly housebroken too. When you go to take Ebony for a walk, she does the cutest little bounce of excitement, but never jumps on anyone, and will not go through the door until her leash is hooked up. Her manners are just impeccable! Ebony doesn't seem to be phased by other animals and she is just the ambassador of good will when it comes to people.....she loves everyone! She takes the occasional run in our exercise yard, but prefers to roam and sniff during her playtime for the most part. Ebony would be the perfect companion for anyone that promises to love and care for her forever!, and has so much love to share with that special someone.
