|Size:||Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)||Sex:||Female|
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Love Cattledogs? Understand Cattledogs? Well, then Phoebe is your girl! She is a true Blue Heeler: Intelligent, Witty, Active, Driven, Challenging, LOVING, Goofy. The list could go on. Phoebe is a stunning beauty and such a sweetie. The fact, that she is deaf, doesn't seem to bother her at all. Phoebe has received professional obedience training and is very responsive. Phoebe came from an unstable home and is still a bit nervous with strangers and therefore, we are looking to place her with a calm but confident person/family. Phoebe loves to be by your side, she is most happy, when she is with her "pack". Phoebe will do best in a home with people with common sense and patience. Phoebe will do best in a home with yard access. Phoebe's adopters will receive free in-home training lessons at placement.

More information about Australian Cattle Dog Placement
Rescue Group Info...
Australian Cattle Dog Placement is a sister organization of the non-profit dog rescue organization, Pacific Coast Dog Rescue. We strive to ensure, the most careful and appropriate placement for our dogs into loving homes.
AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG PLACEMENT CAN NOT AIDE YOU BY TAKING IN YOUR CATTLE DOG (MIX). Our rescue is full. We can explain to you, how to properly place your dog or a dog that you rescued.
We show our dogs after having received and approved an adoption application, which you may request. Our dogs can be met by appointment and the location is our boarding facility in Burbank. You will be provided with the address after your application has been approved. Meets/greets are typically around 1 hour and we will show you the dog's training and you will be able to interact with the dog. If all goes well and everyone is comfortable, we will then proceed by visiting your home to ease the dog into your home and teach you how to handle the dog with the training. We typically bring the dog to you for about 4-5 visits prior placement, which also equals free training lessons.
The adoption donation for all of our dogs is $300. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption. Many have received professional training before placement.
WE DO NOT ADOPT OUTSIDE OF THE GREATER LOS ANGELES / ORANGE COUNTY AREA.
Through a careful screening process, we make the best possible choice for our dogs to place them with compassionate individuals and families. We often take a bit longer than other rescues organization to place our dogs but we also have very few returns. We do, however always take our dogs back (even years later), if the adopter can't keep the dog.
We offer a life-long commitment to our dogs and adopters and we are always there to answer any questions and offer training advice/help.
