I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking

Luna's Info...

I am already neutered, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Luna's Story...
He likes his space and spends his days sunbathing on my window sill but also loves the outdoors. He is very affectionate and loves to be petted as well but not as long as his siblings. If he sees me he follows me for a while but will retreat and lay down near me. I do carry him just long enough to take him outside but he would much rather walk free. He is a loving cat but would be best placed with an adult rather than children. He doesnt mind big and small dogs. He definitely loves my Black Lab and doesnt mind her playing with him. He is comfortable around other cats and kittens.

The adoption fee is $35. Please visit to fill out an application to adopt. An application does not obligate you to adopt, it just allows us to find the right home for the cat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a San Antonio Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
