2-15-13 And poor Goob is once again back in rescue. He is in a foster home in the Eldora IA area and needs a furever home this time! 1-3-11 This boy just can't get a break. His owner feels she can no longer care for him due to her own failing health so he is once again in need of a home. We will get him current before adoption. 3-22-09 Yeah for Goober. He has been adopted by a wonderful older woman who lives in the same housing unit as where he came from! Neither will be lonely anymore! 3-15-09 Goober is a beautiful red, neutered, front declawed, 7 year old cat. He was originally found as a kitten in a backyard in the winter time, almost frozen. His rescuer saved him, and in spite of her cat allergy, she had given him a home for 3 years. This home was later lost to a fire which Goober survived with just some hair loss. He then went to live with an elderly family member who has now been hospitalized since Feb 12th and will be placed in a nursing home where unfortunately cats aren't allowed. Goober is very lonesome in spite of the almost daily visits he gets and is in need again of a wonderful new home. He is a real lap cat who loves to cuddle and 'talk' to you. Completely vetted and vaccines current. He would make a great companion for an elderly person but also should be fine with gentle children and other friendly pets. Can you give this sweet boy a home for the rest of his life?
