Rufus is 3 yrs old. He is a very smart loving boy. He loves to cuddle with you. He's very calm in the house. I have yet to hear him bark. He loves people, he loves kids and LOVES to kiss. He loves to go on walks. Rufus is very well potty trained and has never shown any bad boy behaviors such as chewing on furniture etc. He knows basic commands of sit, stay, lay down. He comes the first time he's called and loves his crate. This dog is such a good boy and a joy to have around.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rufus, a Livermore Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Livermore, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Livermore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livermore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livermore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livermore paves the way for another one to be saved.
