found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed and up to date with shots.
This lovely girl ended up in a high kill shelter and I know nothing of her history to explain how she landed her there. She was previously spayed. A Purebreds volunteer got her out in the nick of time and kept her til I had space to take her in. Thank goodness. She is a super lovely and loving Ragdoll girl. "White mitted " refers to her four white little paws. "Blue Point" refers to the soft grey brown color on her head, feet and tail. The rest of her is all creamy softness. Her beautiful cornflower blue eyes set off her soft colors perfectly.
As you can see from the photos, she is curious and interested in everything. She wanted to look everywhere except at the camera. She is easy to hold and pet and is basically a very good-natured good-hearted girl. Ragdolls are known for being mellow and gentle and she is no exception.
I didn't name her Cricket . I guess the shelter did. I don't think it is the right name for her, so her new family will have to find her new name. She needs an elegant name of a lovely lady. Given her beauty, Cricket is too bouncy and tom-boyish for me
She is medium sized and perhaps is still growing.. Her shelter paperwork describes her as being 2 yrs old in one place and 4 yrs old in another. She is clearly young and healthy. Her coat is beautiful and in perfect shape. Ragdolls have easy care coats without the cottony undercoat that gives persian owners so much work to do.
She is playful and inquisitive and would probably be fine with a proper slow introduction to another cat. I don't know about dogs.
She eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
Her foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
