Night- gorgeous BIG kitten's Story...
Night was turned in to our vet just before Thanksgiving. He was adopted right away. The family met Pirate when they adopted Night and a few days later decided to adopt him, too. They have been inseparable since Thanksgiving.
Night is not quite as flexible as Pirate, but once he accepted the rescue house (and all the other cats), he has been super loving and social. Within four days, they had accepted the situation and were free to the whole house. That's fast!
He was only 2 pounds, 5 ounces on intake November15th and in good condition but he's already nearly 8 pounds.(in just over three months!). We he's about 5 months old. He is very loving.

Night doesn't need to be adopted with Pirate, but he probably would do better if not the only pet. He has lots of energy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Night- gorgeous BIG kitten, a Scottsdale Maine Coon kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Maine Coon kitten from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
