THIS IS CRENSHAW.....a 9 lb, 1.5-2 yr old, white, adorable Maltese; not positive if he is pure or not, but he is soft as cashmere and an absolute love. Crenshaw got his name from the area he was rescued from -- the South Central Shelter....where he was brought in as a stray. We were going there to evaluate another dog, who were actually visiting to evaluate saw him begging to get out. He was in a run with a very aggressive Lhasa, the dog we hoped to take...but we couldn't get near him. Crenshaw's eyes just begged us to get him out of there, he was available so home he came with us. Crenshaw is just a young pup with a lot of energy and a lot of cuddle in him. We don't think he got a lot of attention, as he craves it, but he also loves to play. He's actually still learning how to do that....but was kissing his foster buddy and loved the companionship. He definitely needs another dog to bond with -- unless he has a lot of you!! He can be very vocal, but with love, attention, training and patience, you'll get used to it!!! :) Crenshaw is still learning about being a dog....he does use pp pads and loves to go on walks...but would definitely be a candidate for training. Needs a refresher course on potty training, but he is learning. He does know some commands, mostly "gimme some love and kisses" and he will do so joyfully. Crenshaw is a winner!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Most every Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at Century City Mall (10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles 90067 behind the Concierge Booth near Brooks Bros) from 12-4pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
