Patches's Story...
Patches is a 5 year old Calico kitty. She loves attention and will paw at you if you are outside her cage until you give her attention. Then she just purrs and purrs! This girl might be a little order but since cats can live up to age 22 she has MANY years left to love! Please give this older girl a chance!

I will be outside the Mt Pleasant Walmart this weekend, Aug 17th & 18th, from 11am - 3pm looking to be adopted (weather permitting), Come say hello!!

Adoption donation is $40. She is spayed, current on shots and Leukemia negative.

Contact Mary at 724-423-5571 or email her at drawcat@zoominternet.net to schedule a time to come see her at the shelter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patches, a Acme Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Acme, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Acme.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acme already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acme breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acme paves the way for another one to be saved.
