Grumpy Old Men?
Not These Guys!


Smarty Jones and his buddy, Duke, aren’t letting age slow them down. They’re kicking up their pads, strutting their stuff, and putting their hearts out there to find love once again!


At seven and 10 years-old, respectively, they know they aren’t spring chickens. But after living in a cold apartment all alone after their person passed away, they know they have a second chance. And given that they are neutered, current on vaccinations, house-trained, and a real proud pair of boys when out for walks together - yes, they are easy to handle together! – they hope love will find them soon.


Because they appear to be so very close, their friends at PetPALS of Southern New Jersey hope they can find a place together – whether a forever home or a foster.


They’ve been in boarding at a vet’s office for a little while, but that’s no retirement community. These boys dream of a place where they are free to curl up in the sun or snuggle up on either side of their favorite human friend.
