Artemis's Story...
Artemis is a German Pinscher mix, roughly 4 months old. She is around 15lbs and loves to be held. Shy at first with larger dogs, she warms up quickly and enjoys watching them play from the safety of your lap. She would like a quiet family to call her own that can give her all the love in the world. Artemis is up to date on all shots, and is fixed. We believe she is going to be medium sized when grown, around 30lbs. Can you open your heart and give Artemis, also known as Addy a forever home she deserves? She is being fostered in Hanover, Pa.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Artemis, a Hanover German Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Pinscher for sale in Hanover, or seeking a German Pinscher dog from a breeder in Hanover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hanover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hanover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Pinscher breeders who help with German Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hanover paves the way for another one to be saved.
