Layne's Story...
Incredibly cute 6month old lab mix! Layne is looking to jump into her new family's loving arms! Layne does great with other dogs and cats. She is curious about cats but doesn't chase them. She is quite the cuddler. I don't know what she has been through but she certainly doesn't hold any bad feelings for being put into the shelter. She is very loving. She is very food motivated and we are working on comands with her. She is also accident free so far...YAY! She does like to store all of her toys and a few other things in her bed, I don't think she can fit in there with all of the stuff she has stored in there. You can't help but fall in love with this innocent little cutie!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Layne, a Hanover Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Hanover, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Hanover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hanover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hanover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hanover paves the way for another one to be saved.
