MUNCHKIN is a gorgeous blue-eyed, uniquely-spotted Siamese Lynx Point female, born approx 6/30/09. Munchkin is extremely sweet, calm and observant. She has a few funny personality traits that are quite amusing! For example, when she wants attention, she often reaches out to touch you, just to make contact and to say "Heeey, pet me!" (you can see this in one of the attached photos). Her cute traits are even more pronounced by her precious looks. She is truly a sweetheart who deserves a loving family in a laid-back environment. Munchkin can be timid at first with new surroundings and unfamiliar company, but once acquainted, she has plenty of love and attention to offer. While Munchkin does get along with other relaxed cats and dogs, she may feel more at peace having a loving family all to herself, or shared with only 1 other pet. Munchkin comes FELV tested, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and with 30 days of free pet insurance and adoption coupons for free litter and more. Cat A Do Cat Co-Op is an Arizona non-profit corporation, registered under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a charitable, tax exempt organization. We are a no-kill cooperative cat rescue group. All rescue activities are carried on by unpaid volunteers with the help of public service and donations. We are an all volunteer organization consisting of experienced and dedicated rescue people along with public samaritans who realized the benefits of joining together to combine their experience, knowledge, and resources to help re-home homeless cats.

It is the policy of Cat A Do Cat Co-Op that all potential cat adopters complete the Cat/Kitten Adoption Consultation Form and complete an interview with an Adoption Coordinator in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens.
Cat A Do will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with the Adoption Coordinator, Cat A Do may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.
Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Cat A Do is a privately run, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards.
Please read the following instructions carefully.
1. Please fill out all pages of the Adoption Consultation Form as completely as possible. The submission of a complete form will expedite the review process.
2. Your completed adoption form may be emailed to us at adoptions.CatADo.org and a Cat A Do Adoption Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible. You may also bring a completed form to Superstition Springs Petco at 2090 S. Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85208 480-854-1550.
