Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Dock a super sweet lab. His story is very sad and we don’t know yet if it is over. He was turned in at 7 years old to animal control by his owner who stated that he was not eating and he did not have the money to find out what was wrong with him. During his time at animal control he has been eating well but not gaining weight (you can see how skinny he is!). We debated what to do as he may be very sick. But we could not let him sick at animal control with no hope of getting adopted. So he is now in the hands of our loving vet and we are running a bunch of tests in the hope of finding out what is wrong with him. The look you see in the picture above is him realizing there is a bag of food around the corner: the first thing he did upon arrival to our wonderful vet was to scarf down a lot of puppy food. So now we just need to wait for tests results and hope for the best. In the meantime we are taking donations to cover the cost of his tests and whatever comes next.
