Ashley's Story...
Do you need some sunshine in your life? Well here I am! My name is Ashley and I am a beautiful 12 week old Aussie/Golden Mix. My foster mom says that I am the "total package" and always brags about how smart I am. I am very soft and fluffy and people comment on my beautiful coat. My brother just got adopted and I am lonely! I would do best in a home with other dogs because I LOVE to play!! I love children and I am just fine with cats. I am doing very well with house training. I really want to find my forever family. Could it be with you? Email for more information and be sure and tell them that Ashley sent ya! Ashley is being fostered in Huntsville, AL. Ashley is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ashley, a Homewood Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever for sale in Homewood, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Homewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
