Socks's Story...
Socks is a 2 yr old female long legged tiny 4 lb chihuahua who is all tan and has white paws and that's why we named her socks. She looks like she has on a pair of socks. She has lost a lot of weight while she has been in the shelter due to stress. She should weigh about 6 lbs once she gain back her weight. She was rescued in the nick of time in an over crowded shelter. She is very sweet and gets along great with other little dogs. She loves to play with toys and is just a happy little dog. She is very sweet not a barker and would make a wonderful pet for someone in an apartment of even a house. Updated on all her shots, microchipped and spayed. If interested in adopting her please go to our web site at and fill out our adopt application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Socks, a Studio City Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
