Emily's Story...

Emily is a quiet and sweet girl. Her meow is a cute little 'squeak'. Over the past month, she has really come out of her shell and is exploring more areas in our home. She has started to play with the other cats, but is still trying to understand how it all works. She does chase, but this is her way of saying, 'come play with me' and she shows no aggression towards them. They all sleep together on our bed well with no territory issues. She has a great appetite and is very smart!. Emily knows her name and knows exactly where her spot is in the dining room to eat her Trader Joes wet food. She has a special pillow where she likes to groom and relax, but has no trouble finding other places to rest. Emily loves to bat around small toys and uses her scratching post very well. Her long fur brushes nicely, and does not shed much at all, but she needs gentle attention when trimming her nails (not her favorite activity).

Come see me at Petco, 6300 San Mateo NE at San Mateo/Academy Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-5pm.
When you do bring me home, make a 'safe' room for me while I get used to the smells and sounds of my new home.  I'll adjust better this way!  This will also give me a 'safe' place to go if I get scared.
Please call FAT KATZ, 505-293-2830 or email FatKatzAbq@Gmail.com for more info or questions!  You can also inquire about fostering cats because we always need fosters!  The number fosters we have determines how many kitties we can help!
