Harley's Story...
My name is Harley and I am so excited to meet you!! I am just under 1 year old, and have already been through so much in my life. I had a family that was supposed to love me forever, and because they lost our home they had to say goodbye. That is where the nice ladies at Adopt a Pup came in. They found a foster famiy that said "yes" so that I would not have to go to the shelter. I was so scared without my family, and did not understand what was happening or why. I am so thankful that my foster mom is so loving and has helped me learn that I am safe. I love my new siblings.....5 other dogs and 3 cats. I hope that my forever family will have other animals so that I can have someone to play with. I probably would do best with a home that has a fenced in back yard so that i can run and play safely. I am UTD and spayed and ready to meet my new forever family. Can you help me? If you are interested in me please email and ask for an application.

Love ~ Harley

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Laingsburg Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Laingsburg, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Laingsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Laingsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Laingsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Laingsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
