My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dakota was found in a school bus parking lots a couple of months ago. She is a yellow lab and weighs about 70 pounds and is about 5 yo. She has heartworms and is getting the last two treatments 3/3/13 from the Humane Society in Broward. She needs to stay with foster for at least a month after the heartworm treatment. Otherwise she is very healthy, eats and sleeps well. She is a very nice dog Good in the house by herself during the day. She is house trained and does not tear up stuff. She is a little shy around new people and in the front yard. Needs some training when meeting another dog. After the meet, she is good with other big dogs. She has experience with cats and after the first meeting or two she was good with cats and had the run of the house together during the day when no one was home.
