Dixie's Story...
This is Dixie. She came to the facility with littermates Harry (available) and Gloria (available). They were born outside and have had a caregiver since they were born. Dixie is really friendly. She loves to have her cheeks rubbed. Don't you think its time she had an indoor home?? If you are interested in Dixie please contact us. Dixie is vaccinated including rabies, spayed and she will be microchipped prior to going to her new home. This is not the best photo, we will update later.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a small group of volunteers who are determined to help care for abandoned, neglected and unwanted cats in different areas and from the High Volume Shelter in Hamilton. This group of volunteers dedicates their time and energy with receiving only two rewards: great pride in rescuing cats and earning the satisfaction that they did a good thing.

We strive to rehabilitate and re-home most of the cats that come into our care. We use a hands on approach to help cats so they may become family pets. We ensure that each individual receives the special attention required to make this possible.

We are a no kill shelter and believe that all felines deserve another chance whether it is in a forever home or simply here with us at the facility.

We are strictly a non-profit organization and receives no funds from any agency, corporation or the government. We rely solely on the kindness and generosity of the public and community.

Neveah (mascot) changed our outlook on cats and how badly they need us to take care of them. We decided to open a Charity in dedication to Neveah's strength and our determination - more information on Neveah's story available at: www.ncwl.weebly.com

Our Adoption Process...
Each cat is vet checked, de-wormed, treated for fleas, spay/neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated according to the cat's age while in our care. We charge an adoption fee of $195.00 for a cat or kitten. However, if you are looking to adopt two feline friends we charge $375.00 for the pair.

If one of our rescues captures your heart, please print, fill out and email us an adoption application form (you may download one from our website).

Upon review and acceptance of your application a meeting will be arranged to meet the cat(s) of your choice. If you meet the requirements we will follow through with the adoption where an adoption contact/agreement will be read and signed.
