Willow (DECLAWED)'s Story...
WILLOW is a pretty-faced DECLAWED Tabby girl, born approx 1/1/12. Sweet Willow who was obviously socialized, declawed and then sadly abandoned was found scavenging for food at a local industrial park, when one of the workers in the building began making threats about harming the kitty. He was overheard making threats, and quickly informed by another employee that it would be a FELONY, punishable by law...for him to lay a hand on or harm the kitty in any way. Fortunately for Willow, another employee who overheard this also volunteers for a cat rescue, and made sure to grab her to safety in the wee hours of morning before she came to any harm. Willow comes FELV tested, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and with 30 days of free pet insurance and adoption coupons for free litter and more. If you would like to know more about or possibly adopt Willow, please email a completed consultation form (downloadable at www.CatADo.org ) to Adoptions@CatADo.org

Our Adoption Process...
It is the policy of Cat A Do Cat Co-Op that all potential cat adopters complete the Cat/Kitten Adoption Consultation Form and complete an interview with an Adoption Coordinator in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens.

Cat A Do will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with the Adoption Coordinator, Cat A Do may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.

Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Cat A Do is a privately run, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards.

Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Please fill out all pages of the Adoption Consultation Form as completely as possible. The submission of a complete form will expedite the review process.

2. Your completed adoption form may be emailed to us at adoptions.CatADo.org and a Cat A Do Adoption Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible. You may also bring a completed form to Superstition Springs Petco at 2090 S. Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85208 480-854-1550.
