I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Hi, I’m Rosie, and I’m about 2-4 years old, though everyone thinks I’m still a puppy! I might come across as shy when you first meet me, but don’t be fooled: it might take me a few hours to warm up to you, but give me a day, and I will love you with all my heart! I really like to cuddle, I LOVE belly rubs, I like it when you talk to me and when you include me in the things you do. I might be a small dog, but I don’t belong in a purse; I love accompanying you on walks and hikes, and I get super excited when you mention the word ”outside”. I’m pretty much the perfect dog; outside I’m full of energy, and inside I am calm and laid back. When we’re out and about, I get a lot of attention. Everyone thinks I’m super adorable, and they come over to pet me and talk to me, and some even take pictures of me! I like other dogs, but I might bark a little at them before we actually meet properly, especially if they are much bigger than me. I’m way past chewing on things, I eat the food you give me, and I sleep in my own bed without too much of an argument (though, because I love you SO much, and want to be with you all the time, I might sometimes try to jump into your bed to cuddle with you at night.) I should be an 'only dog' or at least 'properly introduced with caution' to possible siblings.
If you adopt me, and if you are kind to me, I will promise to be your loyal, loving dog for the rest of my life!

Rescue Group Info...
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from various Los Angeles shelters the day they are to be euthanized. Our goal is to help provide animals with a second chance to a happy life and to help reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. Once rescued, we place our dogs into loving foster homes while they await adoption. We do not keep dogs in kennels. Placing the dogs in foster homes is the first step to rehabilitation, as it allows us to thoroughly evaluate a dog's demeanor and needs enabling us to make the perfect match of dog and permanent owner. We attribute our high rate of successful placement to our foster program. At Ace of Hearts, we do not discriminate against any breed, including those in the bully breed family. Additionally, Ace of Hearts is dedicated to educating the public on how to be responsible pet owners and on the importance of spaying and neutering. We believe the real solution to pet overpopulation is through spaying and neutering pets.
