Junior Mint's Story...
Junior Mint is one of five cute and cuddly kittens, he is pure black and the others are all mostly black but with gorgeous white markings; two of his black-and-white brothers, Oreo and Almon Joy, are also still available. The whole litter is named after dark chocolate candies, and Junior Mint is named thus because he is the littlest of the litter, and sooooo cute! He makes up for it by being extra active and curious though, always on the go! His momma Samantha, a blue point Siamese, as already been reserved, and was found as a stray and already pregnant, so we let her have her kittens. Junior Mint is growing up in a home with other cats, a dog and toddlers so will be well used to an active household.

As you can see from the photos, Junior Mint is very young- born 22nd Feb and is getting neutered this Wednesday (17th April), and can go to his furrever home anytime after that ($60 for one or $100 for two which includes their neuter, vaccinations, full health check and microchiping with free lifetime registration).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Junior Mint, a Bentonville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bentonville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bentonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bentonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bentonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bentonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
