Skinner's Story...
Little Skinner is a Chihuahua/ fiest mix. She is so pretty! She is Brindle and white and she is the cleanest dog I know. She never even wrinkles her blanket. I do think she is housebroken, but I am not 100% sure. Skinner is about 1-2 years old and She will make an excellent family pet. She love people and kids and gets along great with other dogs. If you are interested in her please contact Julie @ 931-589-3425 or Treena at 931-589-5352

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a small all volunteer nonprofit organization located in rural middle Tennessee. We work with the Linden animal shelter rescue, adopt or to transport dogs and puppies to the Northeast as we find good adoptive families since there is such an overpopulation of animals in this area. We also emphasize spay/neuter of all pets.

Come Meet Our Pets...
Most of our pets are in foster homes here in Tennessee and some are housed in the shelter. Those dogs at the shelter are placed in foster homes at least two weeks prior to any out-of-state transport. Interested parties can email or call with any questions.
Our Adoption Process...
Prior to adoption all animals will have been spayed/neutered, quarantined for at least two weeks, made current on their immunizations (includes rabies if they’re old enough), de-wormed at least twice for puppies and once for adults and started on heartworm preventive (dependent upon age). Dogs over 6 months of age are tested for heartworm and only those that are negative will be available for adoption. The adopter will receive a copy of their health record and Interstate Health Certificate. Our adoption fee is $85 for adoptions within Tennessee and $325.00 for adoptions out-of-state, which includes estimated transport fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skinner, a Linden Chihuahua/Eskimo Spitz dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Eskimo Spitz for sale in Linden, or seeking a Chihuahua/Eskimo Spitz dog from a breeder in Linden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Linden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Linden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Eskimo Spitz breeders who help with Chihuahua/Eskimo Spitz rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Linden paves the way for another one to be saved.
