Lani's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lani's Story...

Lani is a super friendly 25 lb. Siberian Husky mixed with either Chihuahua or Whippet or both. We rescued her from the South L.A. Shelter and her shelter paper work reads Husky-Lab mix but at 8 months, she is so tiny. Maybe a mini Husky mix? Good with children, cats, this dog loves to play. She is great riding in the car, walking on leash, enjoys going to the park and playing chase with all dogs. If you are looking for a dog park dog or a second dog for your playful dog of any size, Lani would be a great match. Watch her video of her and Edwina playing! The games never stop! Lani has been spayed, is up-to-date on vaccinations, and has been micro-chipped. Call 818-407-4145 or e-mail Lori at:, or apply online at
Please note, we adopt locally to the Los Angeles County area only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lani, a Los Angeles Husky/Whippet puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Whippet for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Husky/Whippet puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Whippet breeders who help with Husky/Whippet rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
