My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Margie is a medium sized 2 year old Labrador / American Staffordshire mix. Margie has come a long way from the dog we rescued from a shelter. She had sores all over her body and she'd scratched away big patches of her coat. Scared and shy she would turn her head away to the wall when the vet examined her, resigned to more abuse from humans. Who knows where she came from or what she'd been through? Sometimes females can have problems from being spayed and Margie had some issues with leaking. She was placed on Proin and she hasn’t had any problems since. The cost of Proin is $36.90 for a month supply and the food is $55.30 for a 16 pound bag that lasts 2 months. The food isn't any more than buying her a good quality food from the pet store.

Margie's true personality has come out. She's full of energy and ready to race around the yard. She absolutely loves her foster family and constantly showers them with affectionate leaps of love and kisses. Margie loves with all her heart! Gentle with children and fostered with cats. She is good with dogs and has frequent play dates with Asti, another foster dog. Margie is startled by loud noises and will take time to acclimate to the sounds of a new home. She loves to go for car rides and does well in the car. All she needs is a family she can love forever.
