Ezra's Story...
Hi, I'm Ezra. I am 11 years old but I still have my spunk! I'm sweet as pie and love a good cuddle. I was found as a stray and brought to the shelter. Time is always short at the shelter, so I'm glad I was saved. I'm a very good girl. I'm house trained and love other pooches. Although I am a senior, I am still sure that I will find my home someday. My favorite type of home would be a calm, laid-back one. Will you be my chance for a forever family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ezra, a Christiana Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Christiana, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Christiana.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Christiana already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Christiana breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Christiana paves the way for another one to be saved.
