Romeo's Story...
Romeo is a 1-2 year old lab pit mix. He had a rough life before he was rescued by Dog Love Rescue Arizona and he has scars to prove it. He is the most loving trusting friend you will find. He is great with all animals and kids of any age. He has a very mellow personality and walks great on a leash. He prefers to lay by your feet and likes to be snuggled. He is house trained and uses a doggy door. Just meet him and you will see why everyone falls in love with him! He really does live up to his name. If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy please call or email his foster mom Taren @ 520-272-5648 or taren413@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a Chandler Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Chandler, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Chandler.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chandler already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chandler breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chandler paves the way for another one to be saved.
