Fuzz's Story...
Fuzz is 80 lbs of sweetness and energy. At best guess he is a cross between a Great Pyranees and a Wolfhound. He loves to be outside and doesn't mind getting wet. He is about 10-11 months old so he should not get much bigger. Fuzz knows some basic commands sit, shake, his name and he likes to smile. He does well on a leash and does well with other dogs running around and playing. He came from a rescue that was recently shut down. He does have some issues around the food bowl so being an only dog might be recommended. Since he is such a big boy and sometimes just gets so happy to be with people he might knock over small children. He is up to date on shots, neutered and hw negative. If you are looking for a big teddy bear Fuzz is your guy.If you are interested in learning more or applying for this dog you MUST paste the following link into your browser. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fuzz, a Allentown Great Pyrenees/Irish Wolfhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Irish Wolfhound for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Irish Wolfhound dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Irish Wolfhound breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Irish Wolfhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
