Stella's Story...
This is Stella. She and Lonnie came in as a stray pair. Stella is affectionate ,listens well and walks nicely on a leash.Wow , what a great pair of dogs! They are medium sized only about 55lbs. They have great dispositions, good with people and dogs. They can be adopted seperatly but we would love to see them adopted together if possible. Preference would be to families who can adopt Stella and Lonnie together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stella, a Scottsdale Golden Retriever/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Boxer for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Boxer dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
