Manfred's Story...
Meet Manfred, he is the man!! He came to us over the winter from a client who heard him crying out in the cold. When his owner couldn't be found we stepped in. He is now about 6 months old an weighs abut 40-45 pounds. He is, by best guess, part shepherd / lab and maybe some pit. He has the most beautiful eyes you can imagine, they are gold!! He is very cute and playful, he has a great playmate in Brooke, the female shepherd mix. Manfred is up to date on vax and is neutered as well as on monthly HW prevention. His adoption fee is $150 which goes toward saving another dog in need. To meet him call 931-698-0303 to set up an appointment to meet this cute little man, or email woofwoof324@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Manfred, a Columbia Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
