Bosley's Story...
It's so funny…it looks like someone took a small paintbrush and painted one continuous stroke beginning at Bosley's nose and ending on his chin…that orange smudge of his is just adorable! Bosley's good-natured appearance matches his purrsonality purrfectly - he is just as sweet as he looks! Bosley is not afraid to come right over to you and request attention. In fact, if you are sitting down as he approaches, he will climb right into your lap, flop over, and make himself at home as he prepares to enjoy the petting and affection that he is sure you will not be able to resist doling out to him! Bosley loves petting of all kind, especially if that petting involves head, chin, and chest scratches. Your reward will be gentle head butts of encouragement, soft continuous purrs of contentment, and occasional quiet meows of appreciation! Bosley is quite the snuggler - not only does he enjoy snuggling in your lap; he more than enjoys being held and snuggled close in your arms!

Bosley has a playful side as well. If he sees the fabric wand toy lying around, Bosley can entertain himself for quite sometime with it by batting it around and chewing on it. Of course, he's always happy when his person is on the other end of the fabric wand toy and is causing it to move around in a very tantalizing manner…Bosley will slide around on the floor as he gives chase and tries to capture it! Bosley also enjoys feather wand toys as well.

Bosley is a big fan of meal time and doesn't seem to mind the company of other friendly kitties either. This affectionate, playful fellow is so sweet-natured and so loving that he will have you captivated as soon as you meet him. You will be overcome with the urge to pick Bosley up and hold him close…and you know what? That's exactly what Bosley would want you to do! Don't wait any longer…fill out an application today to bring this sweet boy home. After all, who couldn't use a little more love in their lives? To learn more - www.azrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bosley, a Phoenix Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
