BELLA's Story...
Bella is an owner surrender & through no fault of her own ended up in the animal shelter. She is a great girl - very good natured, obedient, sweet & friendly. She gets along well with my other foster dogs & loves everybody that she sees. She absolutely adores children. She also loves to play tug of war & play with her squeaky toys. Bella is house trained & crate trained as well. All she needs now is a new family to call her own. Bella weighs 27 pounds, has been spayed, is current on all vaccines, heartworm & flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BELLA, a Humboldt Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Humboldt, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Humboldt.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humboldt already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humboldt breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humboldt paves the way for another one to be saved.
