Meet Rascal he is a 25lb spitfire. Rascal is young about 1-2 years old. He is a Sheltie/Border Collie mix. He loves to be with his people and loves to be petted and loved on. He does well with other dogs, cats and people. He is up to date on his shots, neutered and hw negative. He was saved from a rescue that was recently shut down and is looking for his forever home.
