Peyton and Parker's Story...
Peyton is an approx 10 year old dilute tortoiseshell female
Parker is an approx 10 year old grey tabby male

Peyton and Parker were in a home together for the last 10 years, but their human family had a new baby and decided they could not keep their cats.

Since they just lost their family, and are in an unfamiliar surrounding, Peyton and Parker are both a little scared and nervous. They would prefer a home with older children.

They have been together since they were babies, and do not want to be separated. They want to be adopted together.

Peyton and Parker are in foster care. If interested please call for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peyton and Parker, a Walkersville Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Walkersville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Walkersville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walkersville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walkersville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walkersville paves the way for another one to be saved.
