Gillian is a 16 year old Blue Front Amazon. Gillian is very interested in his surroundings and likes to be in the active part of the house. He likes for his cage door to be open so he can hang out on the play top. He is currently exhibiting typical spring-time Amazon behavior. He is stick-trained and will step up on your hand if he does not perceive you as a threat. However, he does give fair warning before nipping if he isn't sure about you. Gillian loves his pellets, nutriberries, and other healthy treats. He is a very hearty eater, but is a healthy weight. He loves chewing up wood toys. Gillian would be a great bird for someone experienced with Amazons.
