Butch's Story...
Butch is a young puppy with lots to learn, but he knows one thing and that is how to have fun! We are unsure what breed he is and what size he will be when grown, his mother is Fusha so learn more about him you may wish to check out her profile as well. You will notice in one the photos he has what looks like a heart shaped spot on his back end, how cute is that?! While cute, puppies require lots of time and training so please be sure consider the cost of training classes and time it takes to potty train before you consider adopting this cute pooch. This puppy is still young and therefore more susceptible to disease then adult dogs at our shelter. To ensure the health of our puppies at the shelter we will only allow people serious about adoption, with a completed and approved adoption application to interact with these puppies. To meet Butch in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday or Saturday during our normal business hours. Tuesday or Saturday doesn't work for you? To meet the animals any day of the week please call for an appointment and the staff will be happy to set you up with a date and time to visit us! To make an adoption appointment we require that you submit an adoption application for pre-approval, to download an application please visit our website at www.chippewahumane.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butch, a Chippewa Falls Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Chippewa Falls, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Chippewa Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chippewa Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chippewa Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chippewa Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
