Roxie's Story...
Roxie is a sweet little 5-6 month old lab mix. She is about 25lbs and probably won't get much larger. You get that cute lab puppy look forever! Roxie loves to play with toys and her lab foster brothers but also plays well by herself. She is doing great with house training. No accidents in her crate and she knows to tell you it's time to go out for "business". Roxie is an absolute cuddle bug. She loves to snuggle up and almost melts into you. She is a very smart girl and already knows how to "sit" and is working on other commands. Roxie is an all around great girl with a super personality!
Roxie is microchipped, spayed and up to date on her shots and vaccines. Please complete an online application at www.rescueAhart.org if you'd like to meet her. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxie, a Cincinnati Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
