BAXTER's Story...
Meet handsome Baxter rescued from high kill San Berdo City shelter. He's approx a year old. We believe him to be a havenese/poodle mix. Baxter is up to date on immunizations, neutered and is microchipped.

From foster mommy-Baxter is really good at going potty outside and is crate trained. Is a bit of a talker when he wants something. Baxter is sweet, affectionate and very playful. Feel he would do best with someone or other dog(s) home a lot of the time.

We require an application, home check, contract, spay/neuter or deposit (if too young for spay/neuter at time of adoption) and adoption donation. BAXTER 's adoption donation is $250.00

To meet BAXTER, please go to our website, to the adopt page to learn more about our adoption process, policies and to download or complete an online application. Please complete online application (make sure you answer all questions and get sent confirmation on screen) or email to

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BAXTER, a Mission Viejo Havanese/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Havanese/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Mission Viejo, or seeking a Havanese/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Mission Viejo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mission Viejo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mission Viejo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Havanese/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Havanese/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mission Viejo paves the way for another one to be saved.
