Tyrant's Story...
Hi! Hello! Hey! I'm Tyrant! Crazy name, eh? I have no idea why this name was given to me, because I couldn't be more different from my namesake! I'm an enthusiastic young man whose estimated birthdate is 2011. I came all the way from the shelter down in Savannah, GA to Happily Ever After in January, 2013, to find my forever home! Some of my favorite things in the world are stuffed animal toys with squeakers (I like to perform squeaker-ectomies!!!) and snacks. I loooove snacks! While it may seem like I love EVERYTHING, one thing I'm not fond of is when little kids try to pick me up. I would definitely do best in a home without little kids who were tempted to do so because of my petite size! I'm a fun little man who will make a wonderful addition into someone's home! Can't wait to meet ya! Love, Tyrant

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyrant, a Green Bay Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
