SUSSIE's Story...
Sweet Sussie is a 6 year old Maltese female,11 lbs with beautiful white soft and silky hair and the most gorgeous big brown eyes. They don't come any sweeter than Sussie, she is obedient, quiet and super loving. Good with other dogs, and cats, good with older children but prefers to be the only one. Sussie would be great with someone who is retired and home all the time with a calm and non hectic environment and can give her lots of attention, One of Sussie's favorite things to do is to go on her daily walks and loves to sit on your lap after, this makes her very happy, definitely a lap dog. Sussie is the sweetest little girl with the best kisses and would make a great loyal companion and is now waiting for her forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SUSSIE, a El Cajon Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
